Privacy Policy
Plain-English answers about what we collect, why we collect it, and what we'll never do with it.
Effective date: June 2026
What We Collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect only what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and the property details you submit through the quote form (such as address, building type, and the services you're interested in). That's it — we don't gather anything behind the scenes.
How We Use It
We use your information for three things: responding to your quote request, scheduling and coordinating your service, and communicating with you about work we're doing for you (confirmations, weather reschedules, completion reports). We may occasionally follow up about maintenance plans you've expressed interest in.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever. We don't share it with marketers, data brokers, or anyone outside the small set of service providers needed to run this website and respond to you.
Aerial Imagery
Our drones capture photos and footage of your property during a job. That imagery is used for your before-and-after report and our quality checks. We will always ask for your permission before using any imagery of your property in our marketing, gallery, or social media.
Cookies & Analytics
By default, this site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability, as virtually all websites do.
Third Parties
If our quote form is configured to use a form-processing provider (for example, Formspree), your form submission passes through that provider's servers to reach our inbox. We use providers like this only to deliver your message to us, and they are subject to their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us at the address below and we'll take care of it promptly.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale. As noted above, we don't sell personal information — so there's nothing to opt out of — but you're welcome to exercise your access and deletion rights at any time, and we will never discriminate against you for doing so.
