1. Height
Drones make height cheap — but taller buildings still mean longer flights and more airspace planning. The savings vs. traditional grow with every story.
2. Surface Area
Windows are priced per pane; facades and roofs per square foot. Bigger jobs get better per-unit rates.
3. Soil Level
Routine maintenance is fast. Years of built-up algae, salt film, or mineral staining takes more passes or restoration work — we'll tell you which before we start.
4. Access & Airspace
Tight sites, busy frontage, or controlled airspace (near John Wayne Airport, for example) add planning time. Usually minor — always disclosed upfront.
